Recognition at Karpoori Thakur Inter College is not saved up for one day in the year. Prize cheques, merit certificates, trophies and mementoes are presented as they are earned — in the courtyard, at the office, and on stage in front of the whole school.
Prize cheques for our sportswomen
Students who represent the college in sport are presented with their prize cheques by the Principal.
Hindustan Olympiad honours
The Hindustan Olympiad 2025 brought the college its best result yet, including a District Topper — Rank 3 award and a series of merit certificates and medals.
Felicitating toppers and their families
Where a student has done something exceptional, the family is invited in as well — parents are garlanded alongside their daughter or son and a framed photograph of the occasion is presented to them to keep.
Certificates through the year
Weekly subject tests and classroom work are recognised with certificates and small prizes presented by the teaching staff.
The youngest achievers
The primary and nursery sections have their own prize day. Children collect their report cards and trophies in graduation caps, with their parents beside them.
